What We Do
Founded in 2015, Sam Millar Fabrication Ltd provides superior quality welding and pipework fabrication services for a range of M&E certified commercial installations, spanning the private and public sector.
Handling projects varying in size, value and complexity, our main focus is on commercial office blocks, large-scale apartment complexes, schools and hospitals. Since 2017, we have progressed into the supply of prefabricated pipework, primarily consisting of Shell and Core Projects.
We take pride in our flexibility, acting as reliable third party suppliers to main contractors, or working directly as project managers. Our core clients are generally Building Services contractors, however, we have also successfully completed numerous projects for principal contractors and property developers.
Where requested, we can provide references and recommendations from respected well-known, respected consultants and clients throughout the industry.

Engineering Excellence
Our highly-trained engineering team can provide 2D drawings direct from clients or fully co-ordinated drawings after site visits and measurements are confirmed. All Modules / Skids / Pipework are then manufactured under controlled conditions within our workshop.
Advanced Manufacturing
Our extensive manufacturing facility in the heart of mid-Sussex is equipped with the most advanced and sophisticated welding machinery, from which we produce precision diametric thicknesses and specifications – from complex steel fabrication to mission-critical pipework maintenance and repair.
Our highly skilled workforce (see Accreditations) have collectively amassed well over a century’s worth of welding and pipefitting industry experience.
From bespoke design to final site delivery, we ensure our off-site manufacturing services are tailored to the specific demands and requirements of each industry-specific project, completed to deadline and on budget.
Quality Assured
Quality Assurance procedures are paramount. That’s why we ensure that all Modulated Systems / Skids and Prefabricated Pipework leaving our facility is correct to manufacture drawings, tested and finished to the highest standards. Whilst we ensure every contract we embark upon is competitively priced – but never at the expense of quality.
